First, we'll walk your property with you to discuss your vision. Here, we'll make recommendations using our expertise and review fixture placement with you. After this, you'll receive a detailed custom landscape lighting plan, which we design to best suit your property and vision.
After you have approved your design plan, we'll begin the outdoor installation process. In most cases, the only evidence that we were there will come from the lighting effects themselves — there is very little aggravation to your existing landscaping.
Upon completion of your landscape lighting system installation, we'll return the same or the following evening after dark. We do this to aim all your fixtures for optimal lighting and perform a final voltage check. At this point, we will also make any needed adjustments to your lighting effects.

When you choose routine maintenance for your LED lights with us, we'll come out to your property four times a year with four quarterly visits.
Cleaning lenses, repairing, straightening, and adjusting fixtures.
Replacing inoperable Control Modules, timers, and photocells.
Making minor adjustments of fixtures as landscapes change.
Resetting time clocks for settings of lights going on/off.
Trimming and minor pruning around landscape fixtures.
Verify transformer operation to original settings to ensure system integrity.
In the event of a cut wire, we will attempt to replace the entire wire run. Replacing the wire runs ensures the integrity of the circuit.

Our professional installation ensures no damage, no visible extension cords, all timers set, and all lights tested. We then do a walk-through with you to ensure you are happy and provide maintenance and servicing when needed.
After the holidays are over, we will carefully remove your lighting display, which will then be packaged and transported back to our secure warehouse.
