New Irrigation Installation

A properly designed and installed irrigation system enhances the value of your home or business while providing a beautiful lush landscape to enjoy throughout the year. As no two lawn sprinkler systems are the same, our technicians will come to your home and discuss your needs and recommend an irrigation system that works best for your particular property.

Care is taken to prevent unnecessary wear to your lawn and landscape.

We work with products from companies such as Rainbird, Hunter, Toro, Irritrol.

A new irrigation system will include:

Rain Sensor- a device that lets the irrigation system know not to water if rain is present preventing plants from being over watered.
Controller- The controller is mounted in the garage and sets times and zones for watering. Once programmed you are able to make adjustments to your programs with a few simple steps.

We use many different types of sprinkler heads, including rotor heads for the lawn, and misting heads for planting beds and smaller grass areas. Drip lines can be installed throughout planting beds as well, to subtly water plants and gardens without wasting water, saving you money.

Irrigation Service and Maintenance

Spring Start-up Package: Re-open system and ensure all components are in working order after the winter.

Open water sources and turn on electrical components
Adjust and check sprinkler heads for rotation, spray patterns, and adjust nozzles accordingly
Check the time clock and adjust if needed
Note any changes in landscaping
Check Manifolds
Repair any items if necessary

Winterizing Package: Prepare irrigation system for the winter to eliminate freezing problems in system.

Shut off water sources
Turn off Time controls
Use our compressor to blow all water out of the sprinkler lines to prevent freezing the lines

Repairs and Upgrades: Have you changed your landscape or have a problem within the lawn sprinkler system? Whether we installed your original irrigation system or you have an existing system, we can provide the necessary service and upgrades .We provide free estimates for additions and upgrades.
