Landscape Lighting Design Process

During our property walkthrough we will discuss features important to you. We like to concentrate our outdoor lighting designs on the focal points of the property and home as well as any entertainment areas and areas of security concern.

Security:  Eliminating dark corners of the property may be a concern for you. Subtle moonlighting (a downlight in tree canopy) can softly light the lawn area below. Uplighting and highlighting trees in the perimeter will also help.

Features: Do you have a special statue or water feature you love. We will walk your property and see what viewing angles we need to highlight. Focal points may need to be lit from different directions if viewed from all angles. We will even come into the home and look out windows to see what you will see when inside. Designers often forget that a lot of your time is spent inside. So why not highlight the outdoor featured so you can view from inside as well.
